I served it to my family on waffles, it was an instant hit. In fact it went so fast I almost did not have enough for the other recipes I wanted to try it out in. Instead of making salted caramel frosting or another dessert I used it to sweeting a rub and brine for smoking a small Boston Butt. This might have been one of the best BBQ decisions I have ever made. It really worked out perfect. It imparted just the right amount of sweet into the meat.
