For my first review after the holiday season, I tasted Blonde Ale from Trinity Forest Brewing Company.

The Pour

Poured from a twelve ounce can into a pint glass.  Blonde Ale from Trinity Forest pours a dark golden amber color.  A slightly off white head forms that are about a quarter-inch thick.  On the nose,A can of Blonde Ale from Trinity Forest Brewing Company is next to a pint glass filled with a clear golden beer with a thin head floating on top. the aroma presents light hints of earth, floral notes, and wheat.

The Taste

Malts are forward in this beer.  This blond ale is brewed with 2-Row and Munich Light malts with a little wheat. German Perle hops give this ale a floral, earthy aroma for a nice, balanced finish. The earthy floral tones of Honeysuckle best describes the flavors that come through.
